    The Escrow or guarantee order process is as follows

    1. After the buyer has contacted the vendor on Telegram, the vendor has 5 days max to confirm and finalize the deal{Check vendor names and Telegram Username on the listings}. Contact the admins if you are having difficulties contacting any vendor. Send us a message with the vendor’s Name ,Telegram Username and the product listed.
    2. After the vendor accepts and confirms the order, the buyer must confirm all the details of the transaction by contacting the admins with the vendor details and transaction details.{shipping method ,time,  day  time etc}
    3. After the order has been confirmed and payments made to admins for escrow, the vendor has 5 days to ship or complete the order. The buyer cannot cancel the order at this point.
    4. The buyer will get full refund if the vendor does not ship or complete the order within 5 days{except for transactions agreed by both buyer and vendor to take longer than 5 days}
    5. After the vendor ships the order, the buyer must wait for the delivery time specified with the selected delivery method
    6. If the buyer does not receive the order, the buyer has maximum 10 days to open a dispute with the admins
    7. After the transaction is finalised, the buyer can leave a public review
    8. Payments are made through Bitcoin , XMR or USDT.
